In the retreatment he uses RetreatAll\u00ae to remove the gutta percha and BlueShaper\u00ae for the instrumentation.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Case report: Root canal treatment of a 1.6 with previously treated acute apical abscess.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row bg_type=&#8221;image&#8221; bg_override=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Diagnosis<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The patient presented with continuous pain of medium intensity in the area, increased when chewing food of a certain hardness. During the clinical examination the tooth presented vestibular fistula at the height of the 1.6 and great pain on percussion.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5273&#8243; img_size=&#8221;768&#215;512&#8243; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The periapical X-ray showed a radiolucent area in the apical part of the roots. The CBCT confirms a deficient seal of the previous root canal treatment, as well as the existence of a second untreated mesiovestibular canal.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5263&#8243; img_size=&#8221;768&#215;512&#8243; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5289&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Treatment<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bousonovargas.es\/dr-ruben-monge-cv-2\/\">Dr. Monge<\/a> starts the retreatment of mesiovestibular, distovestibular and palatal canals with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipgdental.com\/retratamiento\/567-limas-retratamiento-retreatall-zarc\">RetreatAll\u00ae<\/a> system. He first uses the 21mm ZR1 30\/04 file at 500rpm to remove the gutta percha from the coronal third.
