Actualmente, no se dispone de datos sobre la capacidad de conformaci\u00f3n de conductos de los instrumentos BlueShaper y DC Taper. <\/p>\n<h2>Metodolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>Se seleccionaron sesenta y cuatro premolares mandibulares unirradiculares, emparejados seg\u00fan caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas similares del conducto radicular determinadas mediante (micro-CT), y se asignaron aleatoriamente a 1 de 4 grupos experimentales (n = 16) seg\u00fan el sistema de instrumental utilizado: BlueShaper, TruNatomy, DC Taper y HyFlex EDM One File. Se evaluaron los cambios en la superficie y el volumen del conducto radicular, el grosor de la dentina restante y el n\u00famero de \u00e1reas preparadas. <\/p>\n<h2>Resultados<\/h2>\n<p>No significant differences were found amongst the four instrument systems for the parameters evaluated (p&gt;.05). &lt;Hubo una reducci\u00f3n significativa en el n\u00famero de \u00e1reas no preparadas y el espesor de la dentina restante despu\u00e9s de cada aumento en el tama\u00f1o de los instrumentos probados (p\u2009 \u2009.05). <\/p>\n<h2>Conclusiones<\/h2>\n<p>Los cuatro sistemas de instrumentaci\u00f3n ofrecen un rendimiento similar en conductos radiculares ovalados largos.
